COMI Regulation on insolvency proceedings will apply to all matters dealt with by X-debt and these proceedings will be main proceedings.

Fees are for setting up an arrangement and if appropriate, supervising it over a period of time. All fees will be outlined prior to any charges being incurred. Fees are taken from the funds paid in, agreed by you and your creditors and will not affect the amount you pay.
