Unfortunately as a result of our own reckless spending and stupidity, four years ago we found ourselves in a diabolical financial situation. We had managed to maintain all our monthly commitments and hadn't missed any payments but this was at the expense of rising credit limits on cards and loans. We called them and explained our situation. They were so helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and guided us through every step. We are nearly a year down the line and if we need any help or advice we know they are a phone call away and will always resolve anything we need to know. With all my debts i couldn't keep my payments up on my cards or my loan, i didn't think there was a way out of this situation and reached complete despair!
