IVA Customer Satisfaction Questionaires

IVA Customer Satisfaction

From time to time we send out customer satisfaction questionaires to clients when preparing their IVA proposal to ensure the service they receive is of the very highest standards and to help improve this service should the need arise.

We would like to share some of these questionaires with you, returned by our IVA clients. Obviously we must keep client contact details strictly confidential but these should give a good insight in to the level of service we provide here at X debt.

Client AC -  This client has recently completed their IVA

On rating our service client AC gave us 10 out of 10 on all points.
On interaction with the company, AC writes 'Excellent support from the very start and  personal relevant advice, particularly during maternity breaks and at the start of the process as it's not only financial it's emotional.'

On the question about what had been learnt, AC states 'learnt that I don't need to rely on credit and don't want to be in debt again'.

A successful completion of an IVA and a happy client who is now able to move forward in their life.

Client JO

Where rating the service provided by X debt, JO rated us at 10 out of 10 for all questions.

Questioned about interaction with the company, the client states 'They understood my situation and explained how they could help me'.

One of the things that impressed JO in setting up the IVA was the efficiency during the process.

We are pleased to say JO did not feel there were any areas that could be improved upon.

Finally, JO goes on the state 'I am now relieved and can now live day to day worry free'.

Again, when rating our service, KI rated us at 10 out of 10 for all questions.

On interaction with the company, the client states 'They understood my situation and took this into consideration'.

KI was impressed by the fact that we communicated professionally and dealt with everything in a timeley manner.

This cleint has now realised that 'managing my finances is important and living within my means'.

It is really important to not only address the issue of debt but to learn from it and the reasons why the siutation occured in the first place. That KI now uderstand that it is important to manage finances effectively is a good step in the right direction.
